- Artwork: logos, photos and designs you send us for printing, usually on WhatsApp.
- Payment confirmation: the payment screenshot you send us. We do not store card numbers; payments are made directly from your bank or Easypaisa app.
- Account details if you create an account, so you can see past orders.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, kept in standard server logs for security.
How we use it
- To print and deliver your order and send you the invoice.
- To contact you on WhatsApp, email or phone about your order, design preview or payment.
- To keep records required by law and for accounts.
- To improve the shop. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who sees it
- Our printing and packing team, only as needed to complete your order.
- The courier company, who receives your name, address and phone number for delivery.

Photos of printed items
We may photograph finished items to show our work. We will never show your personal photos, names or private messages without asking you first. If you prefer that your order is not photographed, tell us on WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep accounts. Artwork and payment screenshots are deleted within 6 months of your order unless you ask us to keep them for repeat orders.
